Physician's Formula Eyeshadow Quad in Classic Nudes:

"Whatever you do..... Don't fall asleep."

Happy Halloween, dolls!

The post I had planned to do tonight - which was show my makeup and costume - is going to be put on hold for a few days; I've had a slight allergic reaction to a facial cleanser (pretty common for me, my skin is super sensitive) and although my face isn't too bad: it gets very, very dry during these reactions and it's not photo-friendly.. So I will be posting everything within the next few days. But I think next year I want to do some Halloween tutorials... I absolutely love this holiday and I think it would be fun!

So anyways, for now - a quick review of this great quad! :)

Physician's Formula Matte Collection eyeshadow quad in the shade Classic Nudes. These matte quads have been raved about on Youtube for quite a while now so I was excited to get this from my friend Amanda! By the way, there are three quads in this collection!

classicnudes2

classicnudes3The packaging is nice, sturdy and small enough for easy travel.

classicnudes4There is a tiny mirror on the top cover, not very useful.. You'll definitely need a separate mirror if you are going to travel with this!

classicnudes5Gorgeous, perfect matte shades. The top right is a great transition color, the top left and bottom right are perfect for deepening the crease/outer-v, and the bottom left is a nice highlight color!

classicnudesswatch1

classicnudesswatch2I am so impressed with these! Fantastic pigmentation, not very chalky and only slightly powdery (barely at all).. This is absolutely amazing to use as a companion palette! So many palettes have tons of shimmer shades, and matte shades are so essential for a complete eye look.. I think this quad is perfect to fill in those gaps so many palettes have. I love it! I definitely want to get the other two from this collection :)

You can find this palette for around $6.75 - $7 at the drugstores, Physician's Formula also usually has great deals at the drugstore, even 40% off sometimes!
