It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow time to fill out the necessary paperwork in order for you to enjoy your service in its entirety.
Due to liability issues, do not bring guests with you to your appointment.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% the cost of your scheduled service.
If the treatment is delayed due to a late arrival, the service time will be reduced accordingly and you will still be required to pay full price. In special cases, when the schedule allows, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with notice of late arrival.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled.
No call/No Show:
If you do not show up to an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required in order to make any future appointments.
Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
No child under the age of 12 is permitted without an appointment.
I accept cash and credit cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit.
Due to the nature of my services, there are no refunds or exchanges on services. If you are dissatisfied with any service you have received, I will make every attempt to remedy the situation to the best of my ability. If a redo service is agreed upon, it must be done within 48 hours of your initial appointment.
