Policies:

 

Arrival Time:

 

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow time to fill out the necessary paperwork in order for you to enjoy your service in its entirety.

 

Due to liability issues, do not bring guests with you to your appointment.

 

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE fee is required before your appointment will be approved. This fee will go towards the total of your scheduled service. An invoice will be sent to your email - please pay this fee as quickly as possible in order for your appointment to be confirmed.

Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. The non-refundable fee is transferable if the appointment is rescheduled/cancelled before 48 hours. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment your fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new non-refundable fee in order to book another appointment.

 

Late Policy:

 

If the treatment is delayed due to a late arrival, the service time will be reduced accordingly and you will still be required to pay full price. In special cases, when the schedule allows, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with notice of late arrival.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled. Your fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new non-refundable fee in order to book another appointment.

 

No call/No Show:

 

If you do not show up to an appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of your scheduled service - this must be paid before you can schedule a new appointment.

 

Age Requirement:

 

Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

No child under the age of 12 is permitted without an appointment.

 

Payment Policy:

 

I accept cash and credit cards. All services must be paid in full at the time of visit.

 

Refund Policy:

 

Due to the nature of my services, there are no refunds or exchanges on services. If you are dissatisfied with any service you have received, I will make every attempt to remedy the situation to the best of my ability. If a redo service is agreed upon, it must be done within 48 hours of your initial appointment.
